Session begins week of September 19 and runs through to June 15, 2012.
Triathlon Programs:
Regional Program: 5 workouts per week (2 – 3 swims, 1 – 2 bikes, 1 – 2 runs) $135/ month
Provincial Program: 7 workouts per week (3 swims, 2 bikes, 2 runs)
$190/ month
National Program: 9 workouts per week (5 swims, 2 bikes, 2 runs) $245/ month
Individual Sport programs:
Swim – see GHAC schedule
Bike: $45/ month – 2 workouts/ week
Run: $45/ month – 2 workouts/ week; $60/ month – 3 workouts/ week
Saturday Training Days (Must be OAT Registered and affiliate with club): $20 per day – includes swim, bike and run workout
Swim groups will be based on swimming ability. Athletes will be placed in appropriate GHAC Swimming training group.
Specific GHAC Triathlon Workouts: Thursday nights 8 – 9 PM; Saturday mornings: 9 – 10 AM; Sunday mornings: 8:15 – 9:30 AM
Bike workouts (Fall/ Winter): Wednesday nights from 7 – 8 pm at McMaster; Saturday mornings from 10:15 – 11:15 at McMaster
Bike workouts (Spring/ Summer): Wednesday nights 6 – 7:30; Saturday Mornings: 10:15 – 11:45
Run workouts: Tuesday and Thurdsay nights from 6:15 – 7:30, Saturdays from 11:30 AM – 12:45 PM (Fall/ Winter); 12 – 1:15 PM Summer
One Saturday each month will be feature either a T1 or T2 Transition Workout

Pricing is the same as youth programs.
Adult swims:
Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Mornings: 5:30 – 7 AM (Many people swim 5:30 – 6:30)
Monday/ Wednesday nights: 8:30 – 9:30 PM
Thursday nights: 8 – 9 PM
Saturday mornings: 9 – 10 AM
Sunday mornings: 8:15 – 9:30 AM
Swim: 3x/ week - $85/ month
Adult bike workouts:
Wednesday nights from 7 – 8 PM at McMaster; Saturday mornings from 10:15 – 11:15 at McMaster
Winter megadays TBA
Adult run workouts:

Offered by Kevin Mackinnon, Greg Pace or Lee Hart: $140/ month
Personal Training Sessions:
Swim: $25/ half hour
Bike: $65/ hour
Run: $65/ hour
(Please note: These are geared for adults, but technique sessions are available for children.)
